Small Beritone Ukulele

ME WITH THE FINISHED INSTURMENT!!!

This instrument is a small beritone size. It has a cedar face, koa sides and back, mahogony neck, and rosewood fret board. The following pictures depect the building of the instrument. The instrument was finished in March 2008. It sells for $1500.00 which includes a Fishman under saddle pickup with preamp and a hardshell case. The Ukulele being much smaller than a guitar required the construction of new molds and jigs in order to build the instrument.

The gluing mold

The bracing has been placed on the back, the sides and back have been attached to each other, the heel and neck blocks are in.

The face was joined and cut out. The rosette was added around the sound hole. It is now ready to join to the back and sides.
